Dues and Fees

To ensure a successful and well-supported season, each Winter Guard member is responsible for paying program dues. These contributions help cover the costs of instruction, costumes, equipment, and other essential expenses.

  • Costume is purchased seperately

All dues must be paid in full before the first competition, scheduled for February 1, 2026.

We strive to make this process as manageable as possible by offering multiple payment options. Fundraising opportunities are also available to help offset costs. What Do Dues Cover?

• Staff
  • Our talented and dedicated instructors work tirelessly to ensure each student grows as a performer. Dues contribute to compensating the staff for their time, expertise, and guidance during rehearsals, performances, and competitions.
• Costumes and Uniforms
  • Dues help cover the cost of purchasing, maintaining, and altering costumes, ensuring every performer looks their best while complementing the show’s theme.
• Equipment
  • From flags and rifles to sabers and props, the program relies on dues to provide high-quality equipment for practices and performances. This also includes necessary maintenance and replacements.
• Facility Use and Transportation
  • Dues contribute to securing rehearsal spaces and transportation costs for competitions and events, ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed.
• Competition Fees
  • Entry fees for local, regional, and national competitions are covered through dues, allowing the team to participate in prestigious events and showcase their hard work.
• WGI Travel Fee (Varsity)
  • For Varsity members, the additional WGI fee supports travel arrangements and logistics for regional and national-level competitions, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
